Whoopie Pie For One
My awesomely amazing friend Josie also spent her maternity leave starting a business. She’s opening a bakery, however, which is a lot more complicated than my business will ever be, and I couldn’t be prouder. Truly, she’s amazing. Isla! How she is :)
We haven’t even hit a full month since Isla’s diagnosis and, while some lingering signs remain of the trauma her little self went through — not to mention the shell shock still settling in the hearts of our family and friends — I’m thrilled to say that things are only getting better and better. Yesterday we visited the hospital again for a two and a half hour long...
